1. Product and account support
Contact Foto Master for help signing in, accessing a workspace, configuring boards, using the API or webhooks, reporting a defect, or understanding your GridCrew account. Email is the best way to provide screenshots and diagnostic details.
Include your account email, organization or board name, the page or feature involved, what you expected, what happened, and approximate time of the issue. Never send passwords, full API keys, webhook secrets, recovery codes, or complete payment-card details.
2. Billing and Paddle support
Paid checkout is not active yet. When it launches, Paddle will be the Merchant of Record for self-serve GridCrew purchases. For a receipt, invoice, tax, payment, subscription-management, cancellation, or refund question, use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Foto Master support can help route product and entitlement questions.
Review the Refund Policy before purchase and before requesting a refund.
3. Privacy and data requests
Send privacy requests to support@fotomaster.com. If your employer or another organization controls the workspace, contact its administrator first. We may verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing information.
4. Security reports
For a suspected vulnerability, email support@fotomaster.com with “GridCrew security report” in the subject and follow the responsible-testing guidance on our Security page. For suspected compromise of your own account, contact us promptly and rotate any exposed API or webhook credentials.
5. Legal notices
Legal notices concerning GridCrew may be sent by email and mail to the verified Foto Master LLC contacts at the top of this page. Our Terms of Service explain when electronic notice is effective.
