No charges are being collected today

Paddle checkout and paid entitlements are not active yet. Every current signup starts free, so there is presently no GridCrew subscription payment to cancel or refund.

1. Merchant of Record

When paid self-serve plans launch, Paddle will act as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for GridCrew orders. Paddle will process payment, taxes, invoices, billing support, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Charges may appear on your statement under a Paddle descriptor.

The plan price, currency, subscription term, renewal date, trial (if any), and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. You will be asked to accept the applicable terms before completing checkout.

2. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel a self-serve subscription using the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or account billing controls, or by contacting Paddle buyer support. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Unless checkout terms, mandatory law, or an approved refund say otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Deleting a user, leaving a workspace, or stopping use does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Cancel through the billing path associated with the order.

3. Refund eligibility

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, completed transactions are not automatically refundable. Paddle may approve a refund in its discretion under its current Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on where you live, when you request the refund, the type of digital service, whether access or performance began with your consent, and the reason for the request.

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights. Some countries provide a statutory cooling-off period or remedies for defective digital services. Paddle will apply applicable mandatory rights to purchases for which it is Merchant of Record.

4. Requesting a refund

Use the refund or subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or contact paddle.net. You can also ask us for help at support@fotomaster.com or +1 (203) 349-4483. Include the purchase email, order or transaction number, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.

5. Technical problems

If GridCrew is materially defective, contact us first so we can investigate and try to restore the Service. Where law provides a right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for a defective digital service, those rights remain available. Service interruptions caused solely by your systems, third-party integrations, unsupported configurations, or misuse generally do not qualify for a refund.

6. Approved refunds

Paddle determines and processes refunds for self-serve purchases. Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times may delay when funds appear. A full refund may end paid access, and a partial refund may result in a corresponding adjustment to the subscription.

7. Chargebacks and fraud

Please contact Paddle or GridCrew support before starting a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed. We may suspend access associated with a reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transaction while it is investigated. This does not limit rights to dispute an unauthorized charge through your payment provider.

8. Enterprise orders

A signed enterprise order form may specify different cancellation, refund, and payment terms. The order form controls if it conflicts with this Policy.

9. Related terms

This Policy is part of the GridCrew Terms. For future Paddle purchases, the Paddle Buyer Terms and the checkout disclosures also apply to the transaction.
